Eggplant Pizzas
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
-2 Eggplant
-2/3 tomatoes
-1 garlic clove
-fresh rosemary
-olive oil
-mozzarella cheese
-Salt and black pepper, to taste
Preparation
-Wash and cut the Eggplant into slices not too thin.
-Brush both sides of the eggplant slices with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, black pepper.
-Roast the eggplant slices in a preheated oven until it just starts to turn tender, about 15-20 minutes.
-Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, chopped garlic, pour everything into a bowl, add oil and salt and mix well.
-Top eggplant with tomato mixture,mozzarella and rosemary.
and broil until the cheese has melted, about 3-5 minutes. Serve.

Chocolate, date & Sesame Balls
Total Time: 20 minutes
INGREDIENT:
1 Cup of dates
2 tsp peanut butter or nut butter
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Cup of raisins
1/2 tablespoon water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 Cup of raw sesame seeds (for covering your balls)

Nutella Cherry Thumbprints
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup butter, softened but not melted-1/2 cup brown sugar
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-1 to 2 tablespoon milk (so mixture can be easily rolled into balls)
-1 to 1/2 cups Gold Medal flour
-sugar powdered (to coat cooled cookies)
FILLING:
- Nutella
- cherries
2- Using a spoon, put dough into palm of hand and roll between palms to form a 1 inch to 1-1/4 inch ball. Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet.
3-With thumb, form deep indent in each cookie. Bake at180 degrees for 15 minutes until firm but not brown. Remove cookies from sheet to a cooling rack and cool completely.
4-When cookies are cool, roll them in powdered sugar to coat thoroughly.
5- Using a pastry bag or small spoon, fill each cookie indent with a mound of nutella.
Allow nutella to set a few minutes, then add cherry to top of each cookie. Serve immediately

Rose Water Lemonade
Makes 4 drinks
Ingredients:
½ cup sugar
4 cups water
1 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoon rose water
Rose petals Or slices of lemon for garnish

Method:
1-In a small saucepan, bring sugar and 1 cup water to a boil. Simmer and stir until the sugar has fully dissolved. Remove from heat and cool completely.
2-Place lemon juice in pitcher with sugar syrup, 3 cups cold water, and rosewater. Stir mixture and serve. You can garnish by adding rose petals or slices of lemon.

Simple Banana Smoothie
All you need is five minutes and five ingredients to make this recipe.
Total time:5 minutes
makes 1 serving
You Will Need
-1 banana
-1/2 orange, peeled and quartered
-1/2 cup plain yogurt
-1/4 cup water or milk
-1 teaspoon honey
Directions
1-Roughly chop banana and orange quarters then add to a blender. Top with yogurt, water (or milk) and a teaspoon of the honey.
2-Turn blender on and blend until creamy and smooth. Taste then adjust with extra honey if needed.

Pide (Turkish Pizza)
Pide (Turkish Pizza)
Prep time 1 hour
Cook time 20 mins
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- Dough:
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 tbsp instant yeast
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 cup lukewarm water
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbsp extra olive oil to brush pides
- Filling:
3 tbsp olive oil
250g ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
A handful of parsley, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
A pinch of cumin
Instructions
1-Mix flour, instant yeast, sugar and salt.
2-Pour olive oil and add water little by little. Use your hand to combine them well until you have a soft dough.
3-Cover it and wait to rise for an hour.
4-Heat olive oil in a skillet.
5-Add ground beef and onion, cover it so that it releases its water.
6-When it starts to absorb its water, add peppers and spices, stir.
7- Cook it for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
8- Let it cool. Add chopped parsley when it cools.
9-Preheat oven at 180C.
10-Dust a little flour on the counter or on a wooden board.
11-Make a log from dough and cut it into 16-18 eaqual balls.
12-Dust the counter again and roll one of the balls out thin giving it an oval shape.
13-Put some filling in it and stick the edges of pide.
14-Repeat the same steps until you finish all balls.
15-Brush each pide with olive oil and bake them at 180C until golden, for about 20 minutes.
16-You can use a frying pan to cook it. Using medium heat, cook uncovered for 3 minutes then lower the heat and cover and cook for 4 minutes. Lastly, uncover and cook for a further 2 minutes.

Ingredients:
-1 cup of milk.
-2 tablespoons of Nutella.
-1 tablespoon cocoa powder.
-Pinch of cinnamon.
-Mini marshmallows (optional).

Instructions
Pour about 1/4 of the milk into a saucepan on medium-low heat.
Add the Nutella and whisk until blended.
Slowly stir in the remaining milk.
Then add cocoa, a pinch of cinnamon and whisk until hot and frothy.
Add mini marshmallows as desired.

Ingredients:
½ cup cocoa powder
½ cup sugar
½ cup bittersweet chocolate, chopped medium fine
3 cups powdered milk

1.Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Store in a cool dry place until ready to use.
2. To make the hot chocolate, add 4 Tablespoons of mix to 200 ml of boiling water and stir well.

Ingredients
-2 banana
-4 tablespoons milk powder
-1 cup water
-4 ice cubes

Method
1-Arrange pieces of vegetable over each slice of bread, sprinkle some Chili Flakes or Black pepper and lots of Cheese over it .
2-Bake in a pre-heated oven at 250 C till cheese melts and the bread it toasted, approx 5-6 minutes.

2 cups plain flour
⅓ cup white granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon (ground)
2 large eggs
1 cup yogurt
½ cup water
2 cups apples, peeled and diced

Method
1-Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk well.

Dust powdered sugar on fritters and serve warm.

Ingredients
-4 peaches, peeled and cut into slices
-2 cups cold water
-Fresh juice of 1 lemon
-5 tbsp sugar
-Ice cubes

Method
1-Place the peach slices in the bowl of a food processor or blender. Add lemon juice, sugar, water and ice cubes. Puree until smooth.
