Seasoning Salt



I love making my own Seasoned Salt, mainly because it is easy, and add quick flavor to any recipe.




what you need to make it 

1 cup salt
1 tbsp dried lemon zest
2 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp dried rosemary
2 tbsp dried thyme
2 tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp red pepper flakes



How to do it ... 

1- Place all ingredients into a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is as coarse, or fine, as you like.
2- Transfer Seasoning into an airtight container and enjoy..

Rose Water Lemonade


 

Makes 4 drinks


Ingredients:
½ cup sugar
4 cups water
1 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoon rose water
Rose petals Or slices of lemon for garnish


Method:
1-In a small saucepan, bring sugar and 1 cup water to a boil. Simmer and stir until the sugar has fully dissolved. Remove from heat and cool completely.

2-Place lemon juice in pitcher with sugar syrup, 3 cups cold water, and rosewater.  Stir mixture and serve. You can garnish by adding rose petals or slices of lemon.

Simple Banana Smoothie



All you need is five minutes and five ingredients to make this recipe.


Total time:5 minutes

makes 1 serving



You Will Need
-1 banana
-1/2 orange, peeled and quartered
-1/2 cup plain yogurt
-1/4 cup water or milk
-1 teaspoon honey


Directions
1-Roughly chop banana and orange quarters then add to a blender. Top with yogurt, water (or milk) and a teaspoon of the honey.

2-Turn blender on and blend until creamy and smooth. Taste then adjust with extra honey if needed.

Vegetable Cheese Toast


Vegetable Cheese Toast





READY IN 10 Minutes 


Ingredients
-Plain Bread slices
-Tomato, Chopped finely
-Onion, Chopped finely
-Arugula
-Sweet Corn 
-Olives - sliced
-Chili Flakes \ Black pepper
-Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
-Whatever other toppings you want!


Method 
1-Arrange pieces of vegetable over each slice of bread, sprinkle some Chili  Flakes or Black pepper and lots of Cheese over it .


2-Bake in a pre-heated oven at 250 C till cheese melts and the bread it toasted, approx 5-6 minutes.
