Easy Autumn Apple Fritters

Ingredients:
2 cups plain flour
⅓ cup white granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon (ground)
2 large eggs
1 cup yogurt
½ cup water
2 cups apples, peeled and diced

Method
1-Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk well.
2-Add the eggs, yogurt and water and mix well.
3-Add the chopped apples and stir.

4-Heat vegetable oil in a skillet set over medium heat. Using a serving spoon, gently drop the dough into the oil in batches. Fry for 3 minutes then flip and fry for another 2 minute or until golden brown.
5- Remove from the hot oil using a slotted spoon and drain briefly on paper towels.
Dust powdered sugar on fritters and serve warm.
